New Layout Coming Soon

So I've been trying to work on a new layout for this site. Click HERE for what I got so far. Just a little sample I put together in photoshop. The end will more than likely look different. Feedback is greatly appreciated.
Forget it, SCC made a better one.

Also to go along with the redesign there is a chance the site may be moving to a new host/address. Nothing definite as I do not really want to move, but I would have to re-code the site anyway (all the PHP gets fucked when we move) so its a definite possibilty.
